Returns & Exchange


  • Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have elapsed since your item was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • The returns of items are only applicable for exchange or refund through vouchers only. We DO NOT offer a refund of money.
  • The refund of the voucher will be the same value as the purchase items and can be used for the next purchase at our website, only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Eligibility for an exchange or refund policy is:
    1. The item which received not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error,@
    2. Wrongly purchased of items due to customer error. Need to report as early as possible and before three days after order has been made.
  1. The exchange of items also applicable for the higher value than the purchased items. Customer just need to pay the balance value of it.


  1. For exchange of items with lower price, the remaining value balance will be return with voucher.
    1. Reported less than 3 days after receiving to
    2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging,
    3. Returned within 7 days after receiving to the stated below address, (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer)

  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Noted that the process of exchange of items will take several days to process upon receiving the returned items, it might be within 3 to 4 days, depending on the availability of the stocks and depending on customer address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • There are certain situations that are granted for refunds (if applicable) is:
    1. If the item is no more to be produced for ready stock or the item falls under jobbing item (on request print items)
    2. Less of stock and customers do not wish to wait
  • It is NOT our liability to cover the cost of courier or shipping for the returned item sent to us.
  • If you are shipping an item over RM50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • It is recommended to do the self-pickup of your exchange items upon receiving notifications from us for a faster process. Self-pickup only available at PNMB Logistics Sdn. Bhd., Lot 1829, Jalan Kpb 3, Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong, 43300 Balakong, Selangor at 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for exchange. We have the right to reject the request for exchange for several types of goods.
