To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The returns of items are applicable for exchange or refund through VOUCHERS only. We DO NOT offer a refund of money.

The refund of the voucher will be the same value as the purchase items and can be used for the next purchase at our website, pnmb2u.com only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The exchange is only available for the product with the same price or higher than that (by paying additional).
